What do you really do at work?
As the Director of Meetings, I am always looking ahead at new opportunities for my clients. Staying up to date on the latest communication, marketing materials and programs for our associations. Along with daily projects, meeting logistics, budgeting and design I am constantly searching for the latest technology, or meeting enhancements our groups can adapt.

Describe your Perfect Day.
A day on the lake with plenty of sunshine and surrounded by puppies.

The Inspirer: The driving energy in any room, engaging the team, keeping everyone excited about their work while simultaneously increasing morale.

What inspires you?
Every day I am inspired and motivated by others. I love having the opportunity to work with prominent members in the scientific & medical industry and truly enjoy getting to know and learning from the new relationships I create every day.

Her Story:

Tanya runs on high energy, forward thinking, creativity, and communication. As the Director of Meetings for the Peripheral Nerve Society (PNS) she aids in the development of their international annual meeting, marketing strategies, event planning and prides herself on providing a dynamic customer service experience to leadership and the Society’s members.

Tanya has been working with Global Management Partners for over three years and has experience in exhibits and sponsorships, international event planning, and administration. She graduated from Hamline University with a degree in Public Relations and minors in Business and Sociology. She has experience in web design and software programs, such as Photoshop, and InDesign. With her innate creativity and multi-tasking skills, she keeps it creative 24/7 and will always show up to the office with a smile on her face.
